Results that are legit!!

I'm writing to tell you this program truly works. I started this program this past winter being 5'6 168lbs and 17%BF which is was upsetting. With a lean diet and macro split of 40/30/30 within 10 weeks I was down to 152lbs 6%BF with abs!! Follow the program to exactly what the book says, watch your diet and the results are there. Don't waste your money on anything else. Proven results!!

This eBook was recommended to me by a friend. I've been lifting big for five years and play in a men's hockey league.

The program helped me hit my 405 lbs squat!!! 'Nuff said, right? :-) But seriously, this was a huge accomplishment - I struggled in the high 3s for a looong time. I'm now a lot faster and more powerful on the ice, too; my teammates can attest. The program is intense, probably not good for a beginner. I like the body-weight days - allows you to increase your volume but do so free from injury (I've had lower back issues from a jet ski accident).

Searched around but can't find anything else from this author. Would like to read his other stuff if anyone knows where to find.

Great overall training program that delivered real results. If followed as instructed, you will finish the program stronger, leaner and more powerful than when you started. Used many different programs through my 10 years of weight and athletic training and this has been the best overall program I've used.
