Dr. Donald J. Wheeler has been actively planting the seeds of transformation in companies and organizations around the world for over 25 years. Need to have

Don Wheeler has summarized his lifetime experience using Process Behavior Charts into 20 lessons. I can summarize them all in a simple statement. Use a Process Behavior Chart and don't worry about its validity, just interpret what is says and use it to make improvements to your process.
Wheeler is very convincing in his arguments, and his clarity of presentation ia at its highest.

Another great book by Wheeler

This book has answered many of the questions I have had during my career as a six sigma black belt. Now, as a MBB, I am able to help answer these same questions my students will be asking me. The book is written in a text that is easily understood with real world examples.
